As central figure of the newly established business unit “New Business”, you will manage & oversee all exciting & complex future topics of OBI Italia, transforming the way the company competes & operates. With the unit & corresponding projects we strive to enter new business fields while also completely re-thinking basic pillars of our existing operating model.

Your new role is future-oriented and challenging:

You work outside the line functions and fully concentrate on major projects to completely transform OBI Italy.
You take on responsibility for all projects of the new unit, working together with experienced project managers and & topic experts.
You ensure high quality & target-oriented performance and in the process.

Your qualifications speak for themselves:

You have an above-average master's degree in business administration/ economics, (business) informatics or comparable courses of study
You have extended, multi-year professional experience in project management, e.g. in a strategy consultancy, as part of the strategy department in a well-known retail and consumer goods company or in another area that you can inspire us about
You have first experiences in managing teams (not necessarily directly reporting to you)
You have strong conceptual, analytical and communication skills
You have a flexible and entrepreneurial mindset as well as a high level of personal responsibility and can-do mentality
