Do you want to drive the growth and future of OBI Italia by developing bold but target-oriented concepts? As B2B & Store Format Manager of the newly established business unit “New Business”, you will drive all OBI Italia topics in the B2B area. Furthermore, you will develop & implement ideas on new store formats. With the new unit & corresponding projects we strive to enter new business fields while also completely re-thinking basic pillars of our existing operating model.

Your new role is future-oriented and challenging:

You work outside the line functions and fully concentrate on dedicated major projects to completely transform OBI Italy.
You take on E2E responsibility for selected future-oriented initiatives with B2B and store format focus as topic expert
You ensure high quality & target-oriented performance and in the process.

Your qualifications speak for themselves:

You have extended professional experience in the B2B area of the home improvement industry, e.g. by working for a (major) crafts company or as a key account manager in that area
You have built up or know the concept of different small & big size store formats in the home improvement industry
You have strong conceptual, analytical and communication skills
You have a flexible and entrepreneurial mindset as well as a high level of personal responsibility and can-do mentality
